Packaging glass manufacturer Stoelzle Glass Group has acquired Verreries de Masnières and Bormioli Rocco Valorisation facilitiesthat belong to Bormioli Rocco Group, for an undisclosed sum.
Both the facilities, which are engaged in glass production and glass decoration respectively, are located in Northern France.
Under the terms of the transaction, the facilities will be completely integrated in Stolzle.
The transaction is said to enable the company increase its manufacturing capabilities and its network that include five production sites in Austria, France, England, Czech Republic and Poland.
Headquartered in Austria, Stoelzle is engaged in the production of glass for the perfumery and cosmetics, prestige spirits, and pharmaceuticals sector.
