Automotive retailer Lithia Motors has acquired Bitterroot Toyota, a car dealer that sells car from Toyota, located in Missoula, Montana, US.
Following the acquisition, which is expected to add $45m in annual revenues, the new Montana-based store will be named Lithia Toyota of Missoula.
According to the company, the new location will complement its existing Chrysler Jeep Dodge store in Missoula.
Additionally, the automotive retailer has also completed the divestitures of Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Renton and Lithia Hyundai of Renton, near Seattle, Washington, US.
Lithia Motors president and CEO Bryan DeBoer said, "This store fits our core strategy of seeking exclusive franchises in our markets. We also completed the sale of two metropolitan market stores that lack the franchise exclusivity we seek in our portfolio."
