Swedish carmaker Volvo has unveiled the new V60 Racing Wagon at the ongoing 2012 Sao Paulo Motor Show in Brazil.
The new racing variant of V60 wagon is powered by 2.0litre four-cylinder T5 engine that is mated to a six-speed dual-clutch gearbox, which is claimed to assist in gaining more power.
Volvo claims that the new vehicle will generate an output of more than 250hp.
Features of the new vehicle include the 18-inch wheels equipped in Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tires, race-specification suspension and its interior comprises an FIA-approved roll cage.
The Volvo V60 Racing wagon is painted with the same scheme as the Volvo 850 station wagon that had competed in the 1994 British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) and the new V60 is set to be the next-generation of the Volvo 850 station wagon, the carmaker said.
