Auxiliary equipment producer in the US, Conair has launched its new TrueFeed LQ liquid feeder for processors using liquid colors and additives.
According to the company, the liquid feeders, which eliminate the need for time-consuming color calibration, adjust for changes in material and processing conditions automatically resulting in easier set-up and better processing up-time.
The new TrueFeed LQ feeders use gravimetric technology for improved accuracy and ease of use when compared to conventional volumetric feeders.
The control system is menu-driven and includes a real-time memory that stores up to 1500 process settings and also tracks actual dosed weights. It has a self-regulating electronic filter that guarantees weight information is understood accurately even under high-vibration conditions.
