German carmaker Opel is planning to unveil the new Adam urban car at the upcoming 2012 Paris Motor Show in France.
The new vehicle will be offered with three gasoline powertrain options which include a 1.2L engine which will generate 70hp output, a 1.4L engine offering an output of 87hp and 1.4L which produces 100hp output.
According to the carmaker all the powertrain variants will be mated to a five-speed manual transmission and will feature an ecoFLEX technology pack in addition to a fuel-saving Start/Stop technology.
The new car is also expected to be offered with a new 3-cylinder, 1.0L gasoline engine, which will be mated to a new 6-speed transmission.
Opel said that the new Adam car will be launched in the UK in early 2013.
