According to Korean media, the Andriod platdorm crossed 93.4% market share in Korean market, ranking first all over the wolrd, 19.1% higher than in Asian market.
Insiders said that due to the three domestic handset makers Samsung, LG and Pantech, Korea is the only country with over 90% Andriod marker share. Besides, more than 60% of Samsung products come loaded with Andriod system.
Seen from iOS platform market, Korea ranks 7 with 5.1% market share. America has the largest iOS market share in the world.
Android dominates in market share. Android dominates in app downloads. At the end of the day, though, somehow Apple’s iOS is making all of the money.
