Kettle Brand, a US-based international manufacturer of potato chips and tortilla chips, has introduced a new range of Kettle Brand Bakes featuring two new flavors.
The new flavors of Kettle Brand Bakes are - zesty Cheddar & Roasted Tomato and tangy Sour Cream & Onion.
The company noted that Kettle Brand Bakes are made from slices of real potato seasoned with natural savory flavors. The products are toasted, rather than fried, and as a result they contain 65% less fat.
Kettle Brand chief flavor architect Carolyn Ottenheimer said that consumers have given in to the misconception that they must sacrifice flavor and crunch with baked chips.
"Our Bakes are made with real slices of whole potatoes and natural ingredients so they are crunchy and indulgent, as potato chips should be," Ottenheimer added.
The new flavors are available in stores now, joining three existing flavors in new packaging. The revamped Kettle Brand Bakes line features three flavors - Hickory Honey Barbeque, Sea Salt & Vinegar and Sea Salt.
