Relativity Capital's portfolio company MHF Services (MHF) has purchased the assets of specialty metal packaging firm Bull Run Metal (BRM) Fabricators and Engineers in the US.
Following the transaction, BRM will conduct business as MHF Services while the MHF staff will relocate to the new BRM manufacturing facility in Clinton, Tennessee from their existing office in Oak Ridge.
MHF vice president William Follett said both the companies have established reputations for quality packaging.
"Adding the capabilities of BRM and Robert Ward will enable MHF to expand its line of specialty packaging solutions for our customers," Follett added.
MHF Services president and chief executive officer Robert Shawver said, "This acquisition further advances our strategy to be a leader in providing metal and flexible specialty packaging solutions for the safe movement and disposition of environmentally sensitive materials."
BRM makes specialty metal packaging for generators as well as shippers of radioactive materials and waste.
