Mechel, a Russia based world reputable leading fully integrated steel company has commissioned Italy's plant maker Danieli build universal rolling mill. The rolling mill is designed to achieve annual production of 1.1 million tons of finished products, including enhanced quality of structural shape along with 12.5m~100m rails in length for expansion project at Chelyabinsk Metallurgical mill in order to accelerate its existing business.
