Packaging solutions provider Sealed Air has introduced new mobile conversion application tool for medical and pharmaceutical packaging and purchasing professionals.
According to the company, the newly designed tool can be used in both smartphones and tablets.
The tool includes 16 key modules comprising length, mass, area, gauge, pressure, seal strength, catheters, film pricing and accelerated ageing.
Sealed Air's new App, which also has a handy project planner function, can mediate between metric and imperial measurements.
Sealed Air global medical market development director Nicholas Berendt said that there is a need to find process that quickly converts units from one to another.
"This new tool characterizes Sealed Air's constant drive to support our customers with unique products and services," Berendt added.
