US company engaged in print enhancement technology, Diversified Graphic Machinery (DGM) has announced the sale of its Foildex Cold Foil and Filmdex UV Cast and Cure System to Utah Paper Box.
The Foildex technology will be installed on Utah Paper's manroland 707 press in its new facility. The System will have Interdeck Docking Ports and will help the company to use the system on various press towers, whattheythink.com reported.
Utah Paper Box president Steve Keyser commenting on the purchase said, "We have been monitoring the development of cold foil and cast and cure applications in folding carton production for some time and are now convinced that the DGM system offers the optimum in both application expertise and low cost functionality."
The DGM Foildex system offers proprietary control systems and allows companies to upgrade their existing press to use cold foil by minimizing foil waste.
