It’s reported that Brazilian aluminum producer Alloys & Metals Reciclagem de Metais plans to save its cost at its operations in Para State by building a plant. The plant mainly works for reprocessing liquid metal. Alloys & Metals intends to build a billet operation in the state, as well as extruded product plant and an aluminum recycling facility. The project totally need investment US$100million and will be under developing in the next three years. Other investments will focus on the production of aluminum for steel de-oxidation, secondary alloys and aluminum powder from scrap.
