Agent Provocateur Is Soon Going to Foray in The Australian Market

The UK-based luxury lingerie brand Agent Provocateur is soon going to foray in the Australian market by launching two stores in Sydney and Melbourne.    The high-end brand, known for its racy intimates, will open the outlets in February 2013.    The stores will be built within the structural premises of 'David Jones', the up-market Australian department store chain.   The innerwear brand operates over 47 stores in nearly 20 countries and plans to open another nine outlets next year.   Australians are currently the fourth biggest online shoppers of the cult intimate wear brand, with around 20,000 visits per day on its website. This fact might have weighed heavily in Agent Provocateur's decision to open outlets in Australia.   Founded in 1994, the lingerie specialist commands a huge fan following with the likes of Kate Moss, Helena Christensen and Madonna. Apart from its seductive innerwear collections, the brand also specializes in swimwear, hosiery and beauty accessories.
