Like a chameleon, the Color Up Table Lamp changes its color to any physical object or surface that is around it. This colorful lamp will make its debut at this year’s Milan International Furniture Fair in April. The Taiwan based design company, PEGA D&E, is well prepared for this annual event with a complete collection of new and upbeat pieces that embrace the technology and personality of today’s consumers.

The Color Up lamp mimics the color of any physical object or surface. To activate the Color Up lamps color changing mechanism, the user grabs the light bulb sampler to capture colors from objects. After which the light bulb is put back in the lampshade unit, and then the sampled color magically spreads to the whole lamp. Like magic!?
