Rosink GmbH + Co. Maschinenfabrik, Germany, announces that it has teamed with Germany-based Saurer Components GmbH's Accotex and Texparts specialists to develop a special holding mechanism for use in Rosink's SZ1 HA cot grinding machine - a multifunctional, semi-automatic machine that will be installed at Saurer Components' manufacturing facility in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China.
According to Rosink, the new mechanism enables trouble-free, precise grinding cots for texturing nip rollers. The SZ1 HA also features a holding mechanism for long cots for prespinning. Saurer Components will install the new machine together with Rosink's AZ11H universal hydraulic press.
Rosink also now offers the SZ1 A TWIN, an upgraded version of its SZ1 A fully automatic cot grinding machine. The new model can grind a double pair of ring spinning top rollers at the rate of 500 or more top roller pairs per hour.
