Trimet Aluminium SE, one of Germany’s leading aluminum manufacturers, has made a binding offer to take over two production plants of Rio Tinto Alcan in France.
With the new locations, Trimet intends to expand on the successful company policies of recent years. “There is strong demand for aluminum wire in the finishing industry in Europe.
