Taiwan's credit-card spending hit NT$1.73 trillion(US$57.66 billion)from last July to this June,based on the statistics compiled by Taiwan's Financial Supervisory Commission(FSC),which notes Taiwan's credit-card spending reached NT$1.67 trillion(US$55.66 billion)and NT$1.03 trillion(US$34.33 billion)in 2011 and the first seven months in 2012,respectively,with monthly credit-card spending in 2011 exceeding NT$130 billion(US$4.33 billion).So total credit-card spending in 2012 will likely outstrip the figure of last year.
