We Have Heard Many Good News From China Commercial Vehicle Industry in The First Half Year

We have heard many good news from China commercial vehicle industry in the first half year. Ankai Bus started to deliver the 1100 city buses to Algeria on July 22; Yutong president Tang Yuxiang signed agreement with Venezuela Minister of Transport on July 21, and the contract includes 1500 buses, parts, tools, maintenance and intelligent city bus operation solution. Zhongtong have delivered all the 2186 school buses to Saudi Arabia which is the largest bus order in China so far.

And Truck exports are also rather rigorous. JAC Motors signed 5239 heavy trucks order with Venezuela Ministry for road transports and the contract values for 274 million USD and it is also the largest heavy truck exports order in recent years. And the good news from overseas markets is positive for the slow growing domestic commercial vehicle markets

For the truck exports, we can find that 800 Sinotruk heavy trucks with Euro 6 emission standard were exported to Brazil in 2012, and this is the first time for China heavy trucks with Euro 6 emission standard exported, and this is also the first for exporting heavy trucks with Euro 5 above emissions so far. FAW has exported trucks to more than 62 countries and regions in East Europe, Middle East, South America, Africa as well as Southeast Asia. Last year, Shacman has exported tractors to Australia markets, marking that China made medium trucks entering the market. And China commercial vehicles are taking traditional markets and exploring high end markets.
