German sports car manufacturer Porsche will unveil its Panamera Wagon concept at the upcoming 2012 Paris Motor Show in France scheduled to be held between 27 September and 14 October 2012.
The new Panamera is expected to be powered by a new V8 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged gasoline engine.
Porsche is also planning to launch coupe and cabrio versions of the new Panamera which will be based on a short-wheelbase configuration.
Features of the new wagon include split-folding rear seats, an extended roofline and an angled tailgate while the production version may feature a standard wheelbase.
The vehicle will be launched with long-wheelbase (LWB) in some of the markets which include China.
According the carmaker, the new Panamera will be launched in 2016, following the start of production.
