Jill Alexander Designs(JAD),creator of high quality clothing for curvy women size 12 and above,announced that it will open its first retail-clothing store in the Village at Gulfstream Park in Aventura,Florida on November 1.This marks the first Jill Alexander store worldwide and is the result of collaboration between designer Alexander and retail fashion visionary,Ted Lischin.
The new 2500 square foot store will feature Alexander's continually expanding collection as well as custom pieces from the designer.The Village at Gulfstream Park is known for catering to high-end fashion consumers.

For the past 25 years,Lischin has operated Barron shops in Atlantic City,New Jersey.He brings his industry expertise to his clothing stores that carry upscale brand names such as Hugo Boss,Armani and Ermenegildo Zegna,The Lischin family also owns Salsa Shoes,a fashionable women's boutique.
