The Shrimp Scampi Zucchini Fettuccine(550 calories)offers a low-carb option by replacing 80%of the traditional fettuccine noodles with zucchini ribbons.
The Grilled Chicken Chimichurri(550 calories)highlights a traditional Argentinean condiment with mildly spicy notes.The Cedar Plank Salmon(640 calories),served with a side of white corn and spinach succotash,features omega-rich salmon,roasted on a cedar plank to infuse the filet with a smoky flavor without using butter or oil.
