Dow Europe and PetroplastVinora have announced the launch of the new Visique stretch sleeve labels for bottles and containers labeling.
The labels, which fit like a second skin and combine mechanical and optical properties, integrate ELITE Advanced Technology Resins from Dow.
Initially developed for the beverage market, the Visique labels can be adapted for a wide range of applications including personal, household and healthcare products.
According to Dow, the films can expand up to 55-60% for easier handling and shrink back into the recesses of the container for a tight fit as they have elastic recovery of around 95%.
The film also offers good holding strength to facilitate wrapping and possess high resistance to impact and tear.
The ELITE Enhanced Polyethylene Resins performance offers opportunities that can provide support to brand identity.
