Annual bicycle counts conducted by the Municipal Transportation Agency(SFMTA)in 2010 showed the number of cyclists had increased 58%from the 2006 baseline counts.San Francisco is certainly doing its part to use greener transportation.With the increase comes safety issues.Led lights on bicycles and reflectors are positive safety accessories,but they don't give the cyclist overall coverage,and sometimes bike lights can be stolen.
