VeriClaim, an operating subsidiary of T&H c, has acquired Property Claims Services (PCS) for an undisclosed amount to improve its loss adjusting presence in the south and central US.
The acquisition will also expand property and casualty (P&C) claims capabilities of VeriClaim's global clients.
T&H Global Holdings president and CEO Michael Arbour said, "PCS has a 34-year history of providing the highest quality specialized claims services for the insurance market and the expertise of PCS's employees enhances our ability to respond to our client's loss adjusting needs."
Commenting on the acquisition, PCS president Mark Wiesmann said, "Our cultures and specialized claims expertise are complementary and with our combined business we are able to provide better solutions for the complex claims needs of our clients."
T&H is majority owned by Flexpoint Ford, a private equity firm specializing in the financial services and healthcare sectors. PCS is a provider of loss adjusting and claims handling services to the P&C insurance market.
