Renewing Futures is an initiative of Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) in cooperation with industry stakeholders. EHRC is conducting a nationwide study on how emerging trends and technologies in the renewable energy (RE) sector will affect future HR requirements and management. The next phase in the research is a series of half-day focus groups with industry stakeholders.

The opportunities for growth in the renewable energy sector are great, says EHRC, but there is also uncertainty. “Come to our focus group session to learn how the latest technology trends in the sector may impact human resource requirements”.
