The Vario Smoker is a metal accessory which can be used in all Lincat Opus SelfCooking Center Whitefficiency and Opus Combimaster Plus combi steamers to temporarily convert them into smoking ovens. The device is filled with wood chips or pellets and placed inside the steamer to help create new flavours and develop new dishes. The strength of flavour and colour of the smoked dish is determined by the user’s choice and blend of woods.
