PackagingSupplies.com,a division of Cleveland Packaging has acquired US-based shipping supplies company PackIt-Right for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition includes the assets,debts and liabilities of PackIt-Right.
PackagingSupplies.com owner and president Tim Spicer said the acquisition will hopefully inject better work culture,ethics and values PackIt-Right has represented in the shipping supplies industry.
"We are happy to say that now we can offer an even greater variety of packaging supplies to our customers.We will now be offering products manufactured by Sealed Air Corporation including bubble wrap and bubble mailers as well as padded envelopes,"Spicer said.
The latest acquisition will allow PackagingSupplies.com to enjoy a bigger market share in the wholesale shipping supply industry.
