Syntagma Capital sold the French maritime pine plywood producer Rolpin to the newly founded Mar Holding, which is owned by Rolpin‘s management. The purchase price was not disclosed. Mar Holding is controlled by Rolpin‘s managing director Marc Vincent as well as Rolpin‘s sales manager Eric Mantion, the personnel manager Monique Bonnan and Patrik Pallos, head of phenol resin and impregnated paper production in Mourenx.
