Italian designer and manufacturer of labeling technology, Etipack has announced the launch of a new system providing feeding, labeling and pre-opening of Doypack sachets.
The complete and integrate system is set to increase flexibility within packaging departments as neutral sachets can be stocked, labelsandlabeling.com reported.
Made up of a feed Whizzy 350 for feeding sachets, the system has two labelers for top/bottom label application and a thermal transfer unit for printing barcodes/texts/images, prior to label application.
The system also comprises a control device of printer barcode; an ejection device, a proprietary device for non-conforming sachets, sachet opening, respectively; and a collection conveyor for labeled products.
