Southern Oregon Orthopedics (SOO) has chosen SRS' electronic health record (EHR) to replace its failing EHR system for its 18 providers.
SOO provides orthopedic surgical care services to the residents of southern Oregon and northern California, US as well as offer orthopedic trauma services for both Rogue Valley Medical Center and Providence Medford Medical Center.
Southern Oregon Orthopedics clinical services director Sherri Battles said the company's previous EHR was not meeting its transcription needs, and was not able to meet meaningful use requirements.
"SRS support has been excellent from day 1 -- any questions we had were addressed immediately, and we have been exceedingly confident in the technology and the company," Battles added.
