Specialty pharmaceutical company TherapeuticsMD has selected StayinFront's mobile customer relationship management (CRM) and EdgeRx solution.
TherapeuticsMD will deploy mobile CRM solution, TouchRx, on iPads, which will enable its field representatives to deliver advanced targeted Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) presentations to health care professionals.
In addition, the deployment of EdgeRx solution will facilitate TherapeuticsMD's managers and home office staff to deliver comprehensive real-time analysis, dashboards and KPIs from the cloud.
TherapeuticsMD chief strategy performance officer Mitchell Krassan said the company believes that the StayinFront's technology will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its field force.
