Chun Yuan Steel, one of the major carbon steel service centers and the steel structure suppliers in Taiwan said that its total sales revenue in whole 2012 totaled NT$17.381, falling slightly by 1.69% from a year ago. In 2012, the company realized sales profits before tax of NT$450 million, slumping by 39.7% year on year. Its sales profits after tax were at NT$390 million, decreasing by 32.8% year on year. Chun Yuan said that weak steel market prices made its sales profits drop in 2012.
