Verizon Wireless said the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE smartphone will be on its stores shelves exclusively on Thursday for $149.99 after rebate with a new two-year agreement.

The 4-in. touchscreen device runs Android 4.0 and uses the HTC Sense 4.0 interface.
It includes a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, a 1,700 mAh removable battery, and front- and rear-facing cameras (the rear-facing one is an 8-megapixel model). It also has Beats Audio for richer sound, said Verizon.
Verizon has announced several smartphones that can be used on its LTE network in 304 U.S. cities. The LTE phones have average data rates of up to 12Mbps on downlinks and uplink speeds of up to 5Mbps, Verizon said.
New customers are subject to Verizon's Share Everything service plans, which took effect June 28. The plans provide unlimited voice and texting across all of a customer's mobile devices and shared data plans for up to 10 devices.
Existing customers are not required to update to Share Everything, unless they have an unlimited data plan. Many customers complained when Verizon introduced the concept in mid-June.
