UK-based food manufacturer Cranswick has launched a meat snack, Bertie's Bangers, a new range of fully cooked, ready to eat, single serve, British sausage.
The new product has been launched in response to the consumer demand for tasty snack with ingredients which are recognisable and British, the company said.
The new Bertie's Bangers (65g) will be launched in Tesco in four varieties: Succulent Pork, Herby Lincolnshire, Barbecue Pork and Pork & Chilli as reported by the Food & Drink Innovation Network.
The product will be packed with butcher's quality calong with herbs and spices which are cooked, chilled and individually wrapped.
Cranswick also manufactures food and accessories for the bird and small animal markets.
