Joyce Foods Said That The Heritage Black Turkey Produces Very Flavorful and Tender Meat

Joyce Foods is set to launch Heritage Black Turkey in the US market. The Heritage Black Turkeys are raised with no antibiotics and with no added hormones or steroids, the company said.

In addition, the turkeys are raised using humane growing and processing practices, with traceability to the farms; with no added hormones or steroids; and with all vegetarian diet, the company claimed.

Joyce Foods sales executive chef and vice president Denis Dronne said that the Heritage Black Turkey produces very flavorful and tender meat.

"We wanted to bring the best, most flavorful eating experience possible to our loyal customers for Thanksgiving," Dronne added.

Joyce Foods offers poultry products such as Poulet Rouge, Poulet Rouge Capon, French Poularde, aFrench guinea hen. The company is developing an All Natural Beef line with availability in early 2013.
