It’s reported that America Metal market (AMM) award Best Mergers and Acquisitions to AK Steel.
The company’s vertically integrated in iron ore and metallurgical coal requirements in 2015 will achieve greater control over its cost structure, enhance its raw materials self-sufficiency and benefit against global market price increases.
AK Steel also received the AMM award for Best Operational Improvements in 2011 and Steel Producer of the Year and Best Turnaround of the Decade in 2010.
