Vuka has announced the launch of its Vuka Intelligent Energy drinks in new recyclable 16oz Alumi-Tek bottles supplied by Ball.
Vuka CEO Alexia Bregman said, "Vuka is meant for a more sophisticated audience than the traditional energy drink market caters to, and packaging Vuka in the Alumi-Tek bottle with our vibrant graphics creates a uniquely Vuka drinking experience."
The reclosable and lightweight Alumi-Tek bottles are said to be suitable for people on the go and are similar to Ball's aluminum cans.
Vuka's energy drinks in the new bottles are available in grocery stores and gyms in several markets across the US.
Ball, which reported 2012 sales of more than $8.7bn, supplies sustainable packaging solutions for beverage, food and household products customers.
