Gaoger Machinery in China has presented the new "Eco|Save|Pack" packaging which will be produced on the new CUT 120 horizontal cartoning machine.
The new packaging protects the goods from transportation hazards due to storage in multi-packs or on pallets.
The company said due to chambered design, the product is locked in place which prevents them from colliding and shifting. The re-closable, folded carton and the easy removal of the product from the inlay makes the packaging easy to use.
Syringes, needles and pipettes can also be packaged with 'Eco|Save|Pack'. The mono-packaging material used for the tray carton makes the usage on plastics obsolete and saves additional process steps and machinery.
Depending upon the project, single, multiple or combination packaging can be processed. The CUT 120 can be modified for new applications and provides a flexible and future-proof solution for modern, economical and eco-friendly packaging.
The pack style was created by Bosch in cooperation with the carton manufacturer Faller aimed at offering the industry a secondary packaging system with the flexibility to handle various products which provides protection and is eco-friendly.
