Talking of the media reports that the European Commission decided to punish Huawei Technologies and ZTE Corporation (SEHK: 0763 and SZSE: 000063) for subsidy policy, ZTE responded that it has not received any related notice from Europe, reiterating that it has neither gotten governmental subsidies nor kicked off market dumping.
ZTE pointed out that it has adhered to transparent operations and abided by laws and regulations stipulated by the WTO and related nations as a listed company in both Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Europe is an important strategic market for the company. Hence, it will continue enlarging investment in the region in the future.
