US-based Software firm SignalDemand has announced that ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston has selected its EnterpriseOptimizersoftware solution to provide additional insight on ways to maximize output and visibility of its potato supply and production capacity.
EnterpriseOptimizer helps manufacturers optimize business performance across the supply and demand sides of their organization.
ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston expects that this will enable the business to operate more efficiently and improve decisions. BlendOptimizer, a part of the Enterprise Optimizer total solution, will be implemented first for ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston by SignalDemand, partnered with IBM Global Business Services.

ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston will use SignalDemand's predictive analytics and optimization software solutions to help analyze and optimize recovery and provide enhanced information on raw materials within its supply chain.
By optimizing its supply utilization and improving real-time line of sight into potato supply and demand logistics, ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston will be able to maximize the use of its available capacity and optimize operating efficiencies in keeping with its high standards of environmentally sound, sustainable production.
ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston Supply Chain vice president Rick Rose said that solutions like SignalDemand's will enable the company to take the business to a new level of efficiency.
