According to the provisional data released by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, in November this year the capacity utilization rate in the Turkish basic metal manufacturing industry was 78 percent, up from 77.2 percent recorded in October, while the capacity utilization rate in the Turkish basic metal manufacturing industry was 75.7 percent in November 2012.
Meanwhile, in November of the current year the capacity utilization rate in the manufacture of metal products, except machinery and equipment, increased slightly on month-on-month basis to 73.1 percent, compared to 71.2 percent recorded in November 2012.
The capacity utilization rate in Turkey's general manufacturing industry, on the other hand, was at 75.6 percent in November this year, decreasing compared to October and up from 74 percent in November 2012.
