Volkmann which develops, produces and sells twisting and cabling systems for staple fibre yarns, carpet yarns and glass filament yarns will be exhibiting at Domotex Hanover at stand A22 in hall 5.
According to Volkmann, visitors can discover all the latest developments in E³, the energy-saving twisting and cabling machine technology of the future for the manufacture of high quality carpet yarns at its stand.

Under the new E³ technology, which stands for ‘Energy, Economics and Ergonomics’, Volkmann has now developed the energy-saving spindle family for its carpet machines.
“Maximum quality with optimum commercial viability is the motto of the successful CarpetTwister / CarpetCabler generation,” Volkmann notes.
Spindle and pot package variants together with drive and bearings technology allow extremely high energy savings up to 40 per cent.
While delivery speeds of up to 120 m/min for uptwisting can increase production by up to 30 per cent, Volkmann informs.
It explains, “Due to creels with pneumatic support, threading systems, new pneumatic centrally adjustable creel yarn brakes and ball thread brakes, operating times can be reduced by up to 10 per cent.”
