UK-based Grafitec Label Presses has announced the installation of its EFI Jetrion 4900 at Colorscan Imaging Products, Burton upon Trent.
Grafitec Label Presses sales director John Ainley said the 4900 offers full digital file-to-finished-label production and is going to start some changes in the label production industry.
"Customers will benefit from rapid turn-around of orders and consistently high quality products. Printers will finally be able to enjoy truly profitable short run label printing as well as impressing customers with the speed and quality of service they can offer," Ainley added.
The EFI Jetrion 4900 can support a wide variety of substrates and incorporates a dual laser auto die cutting system and two-spindle semi-automatic turret rewind for finished rolls. It also incorporates integrated corona treater for filmic substrates.
