US-based Vomela Specialty has completed the acquisition of the Bureau of Engraving’s printing division.
According to Vomela, the acquired printing division will form a part of the company and will be operated under the name The Bureau.
The Bureau supplies commercial, POP, and packaging printing capable of short or long runs utilising both digital and offset printing.
The Bureau division manager John Henderson said, "Our new affiliation with Vomela expands our ability to support our customers by taking advantage of the strength and reach of the Vomela companies across North America."
Vomela Specialty president Mark Auth said the addition of The Bureau and its expertise in POP and packaging printing will expand the company's family of businesses.
"We believe this acquisition provides existing Vomela businesses a wide range of new product offerings and similarly provides The Bureau's business the array of services and capabilities for which the Vomela organization is known," Auth added.
