Xylem Inc has signed a cooperation agreement with WaTech, the technological development centre of Mekorot, Israel's national water company, to evaluate new water technologies and accelerate the commercialization of products and services. The two organisations will jointly assess emerging technologies for water quality and security, for optimizing water supply and for sustainable water and wastewater treatment and reuse. "We are proud to be partners with Mekorot WaTech on this meaningful initiative," said Steve Loranger, CEO and president of Xylem. "We are delighted by this partnership agreement with Xylem," said Simon Ben-Hamo, CEO of Mekorot.
