Spain-based Polysistec has launched a new complete process for polyamide (PA) preparation and dyeing.
The new innovative system substantially reduces common problems that arise with PA fabrics, such as unleveling, differences of affinity, lack of fastness, long dyeing process, water consumption, etc, the company said in a statement.
The new process widens the range of products for PA finishing and introduces new PA dyeing solution to the market.
Polysistec said the new process meets Oeko-Tex Standard 100 January 2015 regulations applicable to fabric and also other regulations as required by major companies.
Established in 1995, Polysistec initially focused on the design, manufacture and sale of chemical products for the textile industry. Later in 2005, the company created an Industrial Business Unit offering products for different sectors.
The company has research and development facilities at Castellar del Vallès (Barcelona), where technical team continuously research for new products and applications, along with a policy of sustainability and respect for the environment.
