Following a recent review of sales figures for Jumbo's three political Wasgij jigsaw puzzles, released in time for the election, the Conservative version has emerged as the most popular choice.
In the midst of all the General Election rallying, adult puzzle brand, Wasgij has revealed a 3.7 per cent lead for the Tories in the race for the number one spot in its political puzzle range.
Following a recent review of sales figures for Jumbo’s three political Wasgij jigsaw puzzles, released in time for the election, the Conservative version has emerged as the most popular choice.
The firm reports that the Conservative version of the puzzle currently leads with 38.5 per cent in the jigsaw political pols, followed by Labour with a 34.8 per cent share, and the Lib Dems bringing up the rear with a 26.7 per cent share.
The Wasgij Election puzzle poll has emerged in celebration of Jumbo Games’ new Wasgij Imagine range, which hit shelves earlier this year.
The range saw three special edition Election themed puzzles launched, each centered on the possible fictitious outcomes of the 2015 General Election.
“It has been really exciting to monitor how the sales have split between the three party puzzles,” said Katherine Pierce, marketing manager at Jumbo Games.
“It has also been very interesting monitoring the correlation between sales and the real Election polls – which have been surprisingly similar until now. Who knows what the final outcome will be, but in the meantime we will be monitoring our poll just as closely as the real thing for hints as to who will be victorious.
“Even if the real parties can’t piece the country together, Wasgj fans certainly can.”
