Fundamental to Hapa’s innovative pack-printing technologies are partnerships with manufacturers of packaging lines.
This year at K 2016, Hapa technology is exhibited in partnership with several companies printing on plastics and tube laminates.
In partnership with PackSys Global, a Hapa label and foil printing system, the Universal LP, is exhibited printing on pre-printed tube laminates in a CMYK application. The system, fully integrated into an oval cosmetic tube line, will customize the laminate before the tubes are then shaped, sealed, capped, and packed into boxes.
A further sample of full-color, digital tube-printing will be exhibited on the Breyer booth, hall 16 / stand C18, in partnership with Combitool. Breyer manufactures tube extrusion lines for cosmetic, technical, and medical applications.
In partnership with Kiefel Technologies fully digital redcubes by Hapa will be two-color printing on thermoform sheets before the sheets are shaped into doomed, snap-on lids for disposable cups. The printing stations allows for design customization for even the shortest production runs. The UV-cured inks are cured immediately, and the printed foil is then ready for heating and forming.
The UV inks used on the Kiefel cup line are designed and produced by Hapa Ink to be heat and stretch resistant. Hapa Ink develops and produces individual inks designed to exact client specifications for all foil substrates, plastic, aluminum, or labeling material of any kind. Orders for any volume of ink, no matter how small are catered to.
