Kona Grill, an American grill and sushi bar, has announced that launch of its new seasonal menu - Flare.
The new menu features three new entrees, one new sushi offering, and a new dessert and is available in all Kona Grill locations.
According to the company, the new menu items include Steamed Mussels, Mauna Kea Burger, Jambalaya, Steak & Lobster Roll, and Pineapple Upside Down Cake.
Kona Grill executive chef Zach Bredemann said the company has received initial positive feedback from the customers who have tried the new menu.
Kona Grill, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, owns and operates 23 restaurants located in 16 states in the US. It offers American cuisine and award-winning sushi.
