Team behind Dragon's Den busting Marmite board games chooses Esdevium to deliver titles to UK retailers.
Board game manufacturer, Pants on Fire has appointed Esdevium as the UK distributor of the firm’s portfolio of popular game titles.
The team recently made a successful appearance on BBC’s Dragons' Den, where they became the first board game company to secure £50,000 investment from Duncan Bannatyne and Peter Jones.
Pants on Fire has also recently revealed two fully licensed Marmite board games, Love It or Hate It and Who Put the Marmite In The Fridge?
Esdevium will now handle the UK distribution of these games, as well the firm’s You Cannae Push Yer Granny Off The Bus, Wing It and Liar Liar.
Pants on Fire’s Richard McLuckie, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Esdevium. They are an expanding, dynamic company, totally focused on games and they are very excited about our range.
"As well as helping us with multinational retailers, their extensive distribution network will allow our games to reach parts of the market of where we could previously only scratch the surface. It wasn’t a difficult decision to make.”
Ben Hogg, marketing manager of Esdevium Games, added: “Pants on Fire have produced an intriguing collection of games all with a quirky and fun tone to them, making them the perfect addition to our range.
"Consumer awareness of the games will be sky high after their Dragon’s Den appearance, allowing the games to really stand out within any retailer’s games offering. We can’t wait to get started.”
Pants on Fire’s Marmite board games will be officially unveiled for the first time at Board Game Club, taking place on September 18th.
Creator, Richard McLuckie will be attending the event to take attendees through the games.
